Down in the States, The Boston Consulting Group
announced the results of their comprehensive Brand Advocacy Index. It turns out
that Volkswagen is one of the top recommended automotive brands around. Not
just here in North America, but in Europe as well.
After surveying over 30,000 consumers, the firm, determined
that 65 percent of participants not only endorse, but actively advocate for VW.
Representatives from the group explain that this is particularly significant
for businesses because word of mouth buzz can really attract consumers. At Faraz
